Special Highlights :

1. Open Cam system in place of old gear system: This is the most important part of the machine and full machine timing is controlled by this cam. Earlier this used to be box type which used to wear and tear very fast and short period. So we have upgraded this for a better life, speed and performance. 

2. Shaft & gear System: From the cam machine is connected with the line shaft and gears to run the machine in place of the old chain system. Chain generally gets loose fast with running causing an increase in wastage and check-in speed. This is required for better control and performance.

3. New Advanced Bottom Knurling System: 

  • 4. Advanced and better wheel cam: We use advanced and better wheel cam for longer performance and output. Also in place of side sealing, we are using 3 rods controlled by a wheel cam for movement and folding. Much advanced and easy to maintain. Fewer operation problems.

5. Arm System: After first sealing to drop the cups to the plates we use an arm that is mechanically driven and much more advanced to increase the performance of the machine.

6. The bottom heating section on the 3-rod system: Bottom plate on 3 x 2 rods for better control and steady performance.
